Accessing the Analysis
Go to the Employees tab, then click Analyse in the sidebar menu. You'll land on the Overview tab.
In the top right corner, select your time period: Day, Week, Month, Year, or set custom dates using the calendar.
Global Indicators
Six cards at the top of the page summarize your team's performance for the selected period:
Total Revenue — total revenue generated
Messages — number of messages sent by your chatters
Private media sent — number of private media (PPV) sent to fans
Private media purchased — number of private media actually purchased by fans
Golden Ratio — percentage of messages that result in a private media being sent. The higher this ratio, the more effective your chatters are at driving sales through their conversations.
Unlock Ratio — percentage of private media purchased compared to those sent. This ratio measures whether the content and pricing offered are relevant.
Chatter Performance Table
Each row in the table displays a chatter's metrics:
Sales: Total, Private media, Tips, Push Offmy
KPIs:
Private media sent — private media sent to fans
Private media purchased — private media purchased by fans
Golden Ratio — messages → private media ratio
Unlock Ratio — private media purchased / sent ratio
Messages — total message count
Use the search bar to quickly find a specific chatter.
Viewing Chatter Details
Click the chart icon 📊 on the right side of a chatter's row to open their sales breakdown. A window will appear showing their revenue evolution over time. You can adjust the dates to analyze a specific period.
Click the arrow → to jump directly to that chatter's messages.
