Accessing the analysis
In the side menu, expand Employees, then click Analyse.
At the top of the page, you'll find 3 tabs:
Ranking — the performance overview and employee leaderboard
Messages history — the detail of every message sent
Orders — all sales/transactions and their attribution
In the top right, two filters apply to all tabs:
All creators — filter the analysis on a specific creator or group. The dropdown first shows All creators, then each group with the creators it contains.
Date selector — choose the date range to analyze, via the calendar or a preset: Last 7 days, Last 14 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, This month, Last month, This week, Yesterday.
Tab 1 — Ranking
This is the overview of your activity over the period.
Global indicators
Six cards summarize performance over the period:
Gross revenue — total revenue generated
Net revenue — revenue after the platform's commission (with the % change vs the previous period)
Messages sent — total number of messages sent by your chatters
Private media sent — number of private media sent to fans
Unlock ratio — percentage of private media bought relative to media sent
€ / message — average revenue generated per message sent
The charts
Revenue by type — revenue breakdown by category: Private media, Tips, Push Offmy
Revenue over the period — day-by-day revenue evolution
Unlock ratio — unlock-rate chart, broken down into Bought, Refused and Pending
The "Employee statistics" table
Each row shows an employee's metrics, with the % change:
Private Media, Tips, Push MYM, Push Offmy, MOD — revenue breakdown by source
Unlock — the employee's unlock rate
€/msg — average revenue per message
Media sent — private media sent
Messages sent — number of messages sent
Total — total revenue generated by the employee over the period
Use the search bar to find an employee, and the "Export CSV" button to download the data.
Tab 2 — Messages history
Here you'll find the detail of every message sent by your chatters.
The filters
All employees — filter by chatter
All types — Text, Private media, Push
All sources — Message, Script, Push Offmy
All statuses — Free, Pending, Bought, Refused
Filter by fan — target messages sent to a specific fan
The indicators
Five cards summarize messaging activity:
Total messages sent
Private media sent
Free media — share of media sent for free
Average basket — average amount of a purchased private media
Fans contacted — number of unique fans contacted
The table
Columns: Date / time, Employee, Creator, Fan, Content, Type, Source, Status, Actions.
The colored badges make it easy to identify the type (Text / Private media / Push), the source (Message / Push Offmy) and the status (Bought in green, Pending in orange, Free, Refused).
The search bar lets you search within the content, and "Export CSV" downloads the history.
Viewing a message's detail
Click the eye icon 👁️ in the Actions column to open the "Message detail" panel.
This panel shows the fan (name + @handle), the send date, the employee who sent it, the relevant creator, the price, the badges (type / source / status) and the message content. Two tabs are available: Detail and Conversation.
Tab 3 — Orders
Here you'll find all sales and transactions (subscriptions, private media, pushes, tips…) and manage their attribution to employees.
The filters
All employees — filter by chatter
All attributions — Unassigned, Assigned, Manually assigned, Automatically assigned
All types — Tip, Private media, Push MYM, Push Offmy, Subscription, Renewal, Mod, Booking, Affiliate
Filter by fan
The table
Columns: checkbox, Date, Creator, Fan, Type, Gross, Net, Assigned to.
Gross / Net — transaction amount before and after commission ("—" when not applicable, e.g. a subscription)
Assigned to — the employee credited with the sale. The badge shows the attribution mode: Auto (automatically assigned) or Manual. "Not applicable" appears when the transaction cannot be attributed to a chatter.
Attributing a sale
Click the attribution icon on the right of a row to manually assign the sale to an employee. You can also check multiple rows using the boxes on the left to perform a bulk attribution.
💡 All tables can be exported to CSV, and every tab respects the "creator" and "period" filters selected at the top of the page.
