With Offmy, we've integrated a range of features to enrich the messaging experience.

We wanted to make it easier for you to interact with your subscribers.

As a result, we've enhanced the messaging experience on Offmy with intuitive tools such as insight, fan tags, media tagging, real-time updating, and much more!

About Offmy's Messaging Insights

Our Messaging Insights provide employees with all the information they need to increase PPV revenues, fan engagement and loyalty.

Each fan in the Creator inbox has his or her own metrics Insight, offering detailed information about their preferences and behaviors, including:

Creator's notes: When interacting with fans, set priorities, reminders and relevant details with Creator's notes, which serve as valuable references to ensure personalized and effective interactions.

Fan notes: Keep track of important fan information with our handy fan notes feature.

Last purchase: Find out when a fan made their last purchase.

Media sent/purchased/refused/pending: Find out how much media has been sent to the fan.

Buying habits: Get a detailed view of a fan's buying habits and the types of content he or she has purchased most often.

Purchase trends: View the types of content most purchased by the fan.

Source: Track the origin of your fans (e.g. TikTok, Discord, Reddit).

Name on Offmy: Personalize your messages by assigning personalized names to your fans on Offmy. This nickname will also be visible in the conversation.

This tool gives creators and employees a better understanding of their fans, enabling them to design more personalized and captivating content.


Understanding your inbox

About Fan Tags

In the inbox and message preview, you can add a tag for each fan from the insight :

We've set the following tags by default (you can change them in the Offmy settings section)

  • Timewaster: Fans who waste time and buy nothing from the start.

  • Good buyer: Fans who occasionally buy media.

  • Spender: Fans with a recurring buying habit.

You can modify/delete/add fan tags in the “Agency” section of the “Settings” tab.

Assigning chatters

Chatters can now assign themselves to discussions to indicate that they are on them, and prevent other colleagues from interfering with their work.

To update your inbox, press the update button at the top right of this page.


Be reactive with notifications

To optimize your chatters' responsiveness, we've integrated blue dots in the creator's profile photo to notify you as soon as a new message is received in your inbox.


Selecting media for PPV

Offmy's new media selection interface has been completely redesigned to offer a smoother, faster, and more user-friendly experience.

With this system, you can now choose and select up to 5 media files simultaneously from the dedicated gallery. Each media file—photo or video—can be previewed in detail before sending:

  • Photos: full-resolution display, with zoom capability to check image quality or details.

  • Videos: play directly from the gallery to ensure content is correct before selecting it.

This feature allows you to prepare cleaner, faster, and more professional mailings, avoiding selection errors and significantly improving the workflow of chat teams.


Media tags

No more inconsistencies. Based on each conversation, media is now tagged to see if you've already sent it to your subscriber. You can find out whether content has been purchased, declined, pending, published or sent free of charge.

The different tags are :

  • Published in public: the content has already been posted publicly

  • Published in private: the content has already been published privately

  • Pending: content awaiting purchase

  • Purchased: content has already been purchased (with purchase amount)

  • Free: the content has already been sent free of charge

  • Rejected: the content has already been rejected


Real-time messaging

No need to refresh the page to receive new messages, our new real-time messaging feature lets you be more responsive to your audience. (This feature is not available in PRO messaging)


Personalize your messages with emojis

This feature allows employees to personalize their messages by incorporating an emoji, without having to open another window or application.
