How to activate my subscription?
You don't have to do anything on your side, except wait until the end of the 7-day free trial period, when this option appears.
Only then should you enter your billing information and follow the steps of our payment processor.
Payment by direct debit mandate
To provide the best user experience and automate payments, we work with Gocardless, Europe's number 1 direct debit processor.
Every month you will receive a direct debit notification e-mail (see example below).
Where can I find my invoices?
All your invoices are available under “Billing” in the “Settings” section. You'll find the period, total, discounts and a button for downloading your invoice in PDF format.
You can modify your billing details with the “Billing information” button.
