To access the platform, click on the side menu on the left of the application screen, then select the “MyOffmy” section.
From here, you can browse the various functionalities without having to open a browser. From creator profiles to messages and the cloud, everything is directly accessible.
Important note: integration with Offmy focuses on content, message and interaction management. Only “owner” agency accounts can access the banking and login information of the creator account.
Here's an overview of the features:
Creating new posts
To create a new post, agencies can select “My Profile” from the “MyOffmy” menu. This will redirect them to the profile, where they can write new content on behalf of the designer their agency represents.
To access notifications
Select “Notifications” from the “MyOffmy” menu. You will be directed to the dedicated page, where all recent notifications will be displayed, such as new subscribers, tips and messages.
Sending and viewing messages
Offmy's enhanced messaging platform offers a range of intuitive tools to facilitate communication and optimize interaction with fans.
These features include messaging widgets, fan tags and third-party integrations to further personalize your exchanges - all with the aim of increasing revenue, fan engagement and loyalty.
Click on “My messages” or “PRO My messages” to access a list of all recent conversations, with the name of each sender and a preview of the message.
You can also filter direct messages from fans according to personalized tags (e.g. Buyer, Time waster, Good spender) to target precisely the subscribers you want to reach.

Access the mym cloud
To access your Mym Cloud and all the media used on the platform, go to the “MyOffmy” tab, then select “My Profile”. Then simply click on the standard “Manage my mym.cloud” button.
View revenues
To view the designer's income, go to the “MyOffmy” tab and click on “My income”.
Access to tools
To access the content platform's tools, simply go to the “MyOffmy” tab and click on “Tools”.
Access confidential settings
To access the creator's private account settings (such as logins, payment methods, etc.), simply click on the “MyOffmy” tab, then select “My Account”.
