Connect a Creator to Offmy
First, go to Offmy's “Creators” page.
Once you've done this, you're taken directly to your designer manager panel, where you click on “Add a creator” in the top right-hand corner.
Then a form will appear where you can fill in the information you want about your model and click on the “Add” button.
Then press the “Connection” button on your model, and a platform window will appear, asking you to enter your connection details.
After that, you need to check that renewal has been activated, to avoid unwanted disconnections.
⚠️ WARNING ⚠️
You must disable double authentication to avoid untimely disconnections from your creator's account and enable automatic renewal.
How can I disable double authentication for my creator account ?
From any browser, you need to go to your content platform settings, then to the “Login and Security” section. Once this is done, you need to unselect double authentication.
Editing a Creator in Offmy
To edit the details of a creator added to Offmy, simply click on the pencil icon next to the creator in question. A dialog box will appear, allowing you to edit the information related to your designer.
Delete a creator
To delete a creator added to Offmy, simply click on the trash icon next to the creator in question. A confirmation dialog box will appear.
⚠️ Please note: When you delete a creator, all his/her data, including insight data (fan information), will be permanently lost.
