Why do chatters have to clock in and clock out?
To keep track of your team members' sales and hours worked, we've developed this system to analyze their performance in terms of sales and hours worked.
How to start your shift (clocking-in)?
There are two ways to point to Offmy:
From the header at the top right of the window, press the “Clock in” button.
Or from any page in the “My Offmy” section on the “Clock in” button in the middle of the page.
A modality then appears, on which you must press “Pointer” to confirm the start of the shift on the preselected creators.
How do you finish your shift (clock out) ?
At the end of each shift, your chatters must press the “Clock out” button in the top right-hand corner of the Offmy header, so that their results correlate with the work they've done.
Automatic clock out due to inactivity
If your chatter is inactive during his shift, a popup appears asking if he's still there. He can confirm his presence and continue his shift by pressing the “I'm here” button, or unclick if he wishes to stop.
The chatter is automatically dismissed if it doesn't respond within 10 minutes of this popup appearing.
Where can I find the results of sales and hours worked?
You'll find the results of your team's sales under “Analyse” in the “Employees” section.
The analysis page is updated daily at 12:00 UTC.
You can also find the results of your team's hours worked in the “Shift“ in the "Employee” section.
