Offmy's Automatic Messages feature allows you to create smart, personalized messaging sequences that are automatically triggered based on a user's behavior on MYM. It's a powerful tool designed to increase your conversions, improve retention, and strengthen the relationship between the creator and their subscribers.


Smart triggers

Offmy automatically detects three types of key events:

  • New interested party

    When a user changes their status to “interested” on MYM.

  • New subscriber

    When a user takes out a subscription.

  • Subscription ended/unsubscribed

    When a former subscriber does not renew.

For each event, you can trigger the automatic sending of a tailored message to save time while maximizing opportunities.


Custom shipping time

Each automatic message can be programmed to be sent after a specific delay:

  • In minutes

  • In hours

  • In days

This allows you to create perfectly calibrated sequences: example → immediate welcome message, upsell message 1 hour later, follow-up message 24 hours after unsubscribing, etc.


Flexible content

For each automatic message, you can define:

  • Text only, ideal for simple messages or conversational follow-ups.

  • Text + media (photo or video)

  • Text + media + price, to perform an automatic upsell immediately after an event.

This flexibility allows you to adapt the strategy according to the value of the user and the situation.


Total management & visibility

The interface allows you to manage your system at a glance:

  • Active automated messages

  • Inactive automated messages

  • “All messages” view

You can also filter by event type:

  • Nouveaux intéressés

  • Nouveaux abonnés

  • Utilisateurs non abonnés
